Once the product is identified, what matters is how the deal is executed: timing, collateral, documentation and real use cases.

  • From the applicant's side, the workload is contained. After first contact and the submission of basic information on the operation, a feasibility response is issued within 24–48 hours. If it fits, we sign a term sheet with the proposed structure, due diligence opens (legal, technical and valuation) and, once completed, the closing and drawdown take place at the notary. Operational lift sits with our team and the advisers; we ask the applicant for information, we don't ask for management.
